Free Local delivery for central Harrogate & immediate surrounding areas.


Free delivery is available for postcodes beginning with: HG1, HG2, HG3 1**, HG3 2**, HG3 3**, HG5 5**, HG5 8**, HG5 9**


Delivery charges will be applied to all other orders. 


Should you wish to receive multiple hampers please contact us to organise specific delivery to your address. Please email us with a delivery postcode to enquire for a price to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Individual prices apply for delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, please enquire.


UK Delivery charges will differ based on the hamper you purchase. Unless you specify your delivery date, the hamper will arrive within 3 – 5 working days. 


Delivery weight is to a maximum of 15kg, any hamper above that will be priced on an individual basis. 


BFPO addresses - We’re sorry but we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.


P.O. boxes - Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.


Incomplete or inaccurate addresses:

We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call us for assistance.

Buying Goods

The terms below explain how you may buy goods from us. When buying goods you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. We want to make sure you aren’t disappointed. If we can’t supply what you want, we promise to let you know as soon as possible.


2. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to find a suitable replacement. 


3. We want to make sure that your payment details are secure. However in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you provide to us.


4. Our prices include VAT. 


5. We will not ship any goods until payment has been received.

 

6. Our courier will attempt to deliver to an address and postcode you have supplied. However, should this address not be accurate we do not accept any liability for the package, and will not arrange a refund or replacement. Please ensure that all details are correct before we dispatch your goods. 


7. All hampers which include alcoholic drinks may only be ordered by customers aged 18 or over. It is an offence under the Licensing Act 2003 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under 18. Please note that you as the individual are liable for this.

 

8. Please note that these hampers may contains nuts. Please take the time to ensure that your recipient is not allergic to any of the goods we have supplied. A list of allergens is provided on the website. Please note that you as the individual are liable for this.


9. If you need an item to be sent by express delivery please contact us on 07736 673231 to discuss the options available. There will be an additional cost to do this. 


10. We reserve the right to alter without notice prices and products before you place an order. Please note that products, shades and shapes may vary and that certain items displayed on the website have been used for photographic purposes only and may not be exact representations of the Product purchased.


11. HG Hamper is a UK business and you agree when shopping with us that any contract you make with us will be formed under English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Registered Number 12946442 England.

Policy

We aim for perfection and want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here’s what we’ll do to put things right.


Damaged Items


All our parcels are carefully packed by hand and we go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If there is a problem please contact us to arrange return. To arrange collection, please contact us giving the reason for the return. Any damaged goods will be collected (usually by courier) at our expense and at your convenience. If you’re returning an order because you are not satisfied, please tell us why and send it back to us in its original packaging.  This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Please note that once your hamper has been despatched we cannot cancel the order, and we cannot offer a refund unless the goods are in some way damaged.
